ART Test Announcement to Our Clients

"A compulsory Rostered Routine Testing (RRT) for our Media Team
before and after your wedding day"

Hi Lovers! If your wedding is coming up in the next few months, this announcement probably applies to you until further notice.

As you may have seen or read recently, the number of Cov19 cases has been very high for the past couple of weeks. Our government has announced that we are transitioning to an endemic period, and we should expect higher case loads for a couple of months. Also, companies are strongly encouraged to have their employees do the Rostered Routine Testing (RRT) for those who work onsite.

Everyone's Wellbeing Is Our Main Priority

As we want to take great care for our employees and their safety, we are going to require our media team that are involved in your wedding day, to take a compulsory ART test before and after your wedding day! This ensures that we provide you with a team that are in great health and to provide you with a sense of assurance too. However, it does come with price, a small price to pay for the safety of everyone around us. There’ll be a charge of $25 per person that are involve on your wedding day. For example, should your package have a total of 3 shooters, the additional cost will be $75. This additional amount will automatically be added to your invoice after your wedding day.

FAQs

Retail shops typically sell the kit for a single usage. Our team will be issued with 2 kits to be tested, 2 days before and 5 days after your wedding day. We must also distribute these kits to them manually as well and capture their test results.

Sadly No. We are making it compulsory for them to be tested and report the results back to us accordingly.

Government-issued ones are for personal use only. It would be unfair to have our team members utilize their personal kits for their production usage. Also, our team members typically are out every weekend and therefore, the quantity would not be enough for their coverage.

We will get a replacement team member for you and will notify you immediately. Our team member will begin a self-isolation as per MOH protocols.

A wedding can be a close contact event. Should our team member contracted Cov19 after your event, there’s a possibility that it may have come from your event. If that happens, we will notify you and ask for everyone to check on themselves for any signs or symptoms of Cov19 as we try to curb the spread of the virus.

Payment can be done together with the 60% payment due, 3 days after your wedding day.

Yes they are! We only allow vaccinated team members to be involved in all production shoot.

The consistent high caseloads force us to come to this decision for the safety of our team members and for them to go back to their families safely. We remain committed to be a part of your big day and we want to feel safe with you too. Also, the government has made it clear that all onsite personnel have to be tested.

We’ll be monitoring the situation and update you should there be any changes along the way. Also, we’ll have to see what the government stand is in regards to onsite testing.

a. Definitely Not! If your wedding is a back-to-back event (eg: Saturday & Sunday), just 1 test is required prior the event commencement and another one, 5 days after the end of the event.
b. However, should your wedding not be a back to back event, we would have to test ourselves twice, at least 24 hours prior to each event.
